Solar power company Conergy have opened a new office in Milton Keynes. The firm believes the UK market will continue to grow rapidly for at least another two years.

The Hamburg-based company supplies solar power systems that function in low light conditions, ideal for the UK’s dull weather. They hope the favourable feed in tariffs will tempt more British customers into buying solar panels with the potential to earn high financial benefits.

Robert Goss, Head of the Conergy office in England said: “We see the UK as a good market for us. We have a product that works well in low light conditions. We think that people will want a product that lasts for 25 years. There’s been a lot of talk about the solar potential, and I think people will really catch on to this.”

Conergy will be showcasing its products and services to the British public for the first time at the solar trade show “Ecobuild” in London from 1-3 March.
