The Netherlands is testing out fast charging stations which can be used by two electric cars at once. Charge points installed by manufacturer ABB in Utrecht open today as part of the nationwide trial at certain BP service stations. George Jansen, CEO of Prestige GreenCab, a Dutch taxi operator with a large electric-vehicle fleet, welcomed the development, both for his own business and because it will “stimulate new EV adopters as it is open to everyone.”
