Kids can learn about solar and wind energy from a set of new science kits released yesterday.

Experimenting with wind and solar in the classroom will help students understand how electricity is made from the renewable energy sources, says the firm behind the TERRA NOVA kits.

Ken Zwiebel, CEO of teaching technology firm Fourier Education said: “Over the last few years, there has been a sharp increase in demand among environmental science teachers for real solutions that teach renewable energy.”
