Gamesa is to supply a Chinese wind farm developer with 50MW of capacity. The wind turbine maker will provide Longyuan with the first 25 of its G97-2.0 MW turbines which are likely to be installed in Ningxia province in June 2012. Gamesa has operated in China since 2000, installing close to 3,000 turbines at more than 60 sites.
