Ben Wery, DEC Assessor for TEAM has been around England and back carrying out site visits, lodging and producing DECs (Display Energy Certificates) and Advisory Reports for public sector buildings over 500m2.

Over the past year, Ben has successfully lodged the most DECs of all Public Building Energy Assessors registered with the National Home Energy Rating accreditation body.

During this time Ben has visited sites including fire stations, schools, Kew Gardens, and Kensington Palace to collect information for producing DECs.
