Shell has signed an agreement to sell off some of its assets in Norway to Finnish company ST1.

ST1 will take over Shell’s retail and commercial fuels along with its supply and distribution business.

The sale is expected to be completed next year, subject to approval, with agreement for the Norwegian company to operate under the Shell brand.

In addition Shell’s aviation business in Norway will be a 50-50 joint venture between the pair.
