Louise joined Gemserv as the Business Development Manager for the Environment division in 2012 and is responsible for strategically developing Gemserv’s offering within the energy efficiency and renewable energy sectors. She has experience in Energy Management Systems from both a consultancy and an internal delivery perspective and a strong understanding of ESOS.

Prior to joining Gemserv, Louise was a Behaviour Change Consultant, specialising in designing and delivering staff engagement programmes, including facilitating multiple training sessions on energy efficiency to numerous public and private  sector organisations.

Louise graduated from the University of East Anglia with an MSc in Climate Change.
