DONG stands for Danish Oil and Natural Gas, and the company was established in Denmark during the 1970s. Since then, it has become one of the most progressive energy companies in the world and is now the global leader in offshore wind. The company has invested £5.5bn in the UK since 2004 and intends to invest a further £5bn by 2020. They are also a leading energy supplier to UK I&C business.

DONG Energy is investing in innovation to help businesses reduce cost and provide interesting new solutions to energy management, in particular within the demand management arena. It’s Power Hub technology, for instance, has recently been shortlisted within the Innovation of the Year category at the 2015 Energy Awards.
