We are working with one of the Nation’s leading Construction companies who are seeking a Director to work within their Energy division. Our client is working on exciting roles within the South and North of the UK, focusing on CHP, Biomass and District Heating Projects. They have a diverse Engineering team (Design and Project) and are continuing to grow due to the demand in work.

The role:

Managing a large team of Mechanical Engineers (Junior – senior level).

Developing and growing the existing team.

Assisting in winning new Business.

Stakeholder management.

Working alongside the Construction and M&E division.

Be involved in the recruitment within the Energy team.

Ideally you will:

Hold a strong understanding of CHP, District Heating and Biomass.

Have an Engineering background.

Show the ability to manage a team of Engineers.

Adapt to the Construction/ Engineering sector.

Have strong communication skills.

Demonstrate that you have an excellent technical background

Be able to drive and motivate a team.
