A new community energy co-operative is looking for investors to fund its wind projects across the UK.

Small Wind Co-operative, launched by community energy advisor Sharenergy, aims to boost investments in farm-scale wind projects.

It plans to build one wind farm in Wales and two in Scotland.

People can invest a minimum of £100 and expect returns of between 4.5% and 6.5% depending on how they choose to invest.

The co-operative is also offering members the power generated by the wind farms for their homes or businesses.
