When asked why she deserved the award, Ms Ivison added: “I think a lot of it is through hard work, ambition and dedication and passion just to succeed and have that right vision.”
She said TPIs are very important because they give people the freedom of choice and “it’s all about the customers and the savings that we make for them”.
According to the judges, Kelly was “enthusiastic, recognised that a strong work performance requires team building and bonding and her entry included really supportive e-mails from colleagues”.
