Rob has over 20 years of experience in delivering large scale transformational change, both within industry and as a consultant. Born and raised in Australia, Rob has worked across the globe for a variety of clients across numerous industries including Financial Services, Transport, Pharma and Media, where he helped shape and lead a 3 year transformation of the Supply Chain for one of the UK’s largest pay TV organisations. Over the past 10 years, Rob has focused on the Power and Utilities industry, helping his clients navigate an ever changing consumer, regulatory and political environment across Transmission, Distribution and Retail Energy. Rob led another 3 year programme to transform a UK distributor from a functional operating model to become a process led organisation, achieving a dramatic turnaround in regulatory performance.
Rob is currently working with a number of the large UK Energy Retailers, helping them to achieve their regulatory obligations (e.g. Smart Metering deployment), and advising them on how to react to new and disruptive business models, new market entrants and a dynamic energy landscape.
