Barbara Zilincarova from Eutility has been crowned Industry Expert at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA).

The award-winning event celebrates the best of the best TPIs and energy consultants in the industry.

Nearly 600 people attended the awards show at the Honourable Artillery Company in London.

The judges said: “Barbara showed the tenacity to implement a freeze on customer’s prices while investigating a claim and showed a great deal of knowledge to sort the deal.”

Tony McHardy, Corporate Director at Water Plus – which sponsored the Industry Expert award added: “It’s critical that we recognise good performance within the industry and we actually make exemplar of those good performance within this industry.
