Our client is one of the UK’s largest energy and waste management companies within the UK. Due to expansion and growth of the company, our client is looking for a Divisional Manager to help drive and develop the sales team. Ideally this person will lead from the front by negotiating with existing and new I&C clients.
The Role:
- Divisional Manager
- Managing a team of 6 energy procurement salespeople
- Based in Surrey
- Reporting directly into you
- Negotiating & closing fix and flex contracts
- Setting KPI’s and other performance measures for the team
- Sourcing and implementing a CRM system to drive sales & activity
The Person:
- Must have an energy consultancy background
- At least 7 years’ experience within the energy procurement industry
- I&C experience
- A proven track record in new business acquisition
- Must demonstrate the following attributes: Driven, Hardworking & Ambition
- Ideally, management experience, though you would consider candidates without this but must be strong in all other areas and show a desire to step into a management position
- Experience in the full contact life cycle – from initial point of contact to closing and retention
