Sales is everything. Without the sales team, you don’t have a business! We are looking for the team that can rightly call itself Sales Leaders. Yes, the team has to hit targets but it also has to be more than that – the team members need to be ambassadors of your company, showing integrity, treating the customer fairly and ensuring that the right solution is agreed between the customer and you. Do you have those sort of salespeople, then you could have the Sales Leaders of the Year.
