Job Title: TPI Manager (retail energy)
Salary: £Negotiable
Location: Homebased (minimum of 2 days a week in the London office)
Summary:
Do you have experience of developing a TPI channel in the retail energy sector? This is an exciting new role for a TPI Manager to join a relatively new energy supplier and take responsible for building a strategy, growth and development of the channel. This role requires someone with a track record of building and developing relationships with new and existing TPIs ideally in the I&C space. Key responsibilities:
- To develop new business and manage new and existing TPI partnerships.
- Ensure communication between the business and TPI’s is carried out affectively, regularly and maintained to a high standard.
- Take ownership for service delivery and ensure all stakeholders are clear on deliverables
- To provide detailed weekly and monthly MI as required
- Working with other departments to ensure mutual understanding of sales requirements.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity within the market.
Skills and Experience required:
- Track record of establishing new relationships with Energy Brokers or Suppliers
- Passionate and enthusiastic about providing service excellence to customers
- Communicates professionally, commercially and intelligently at a senior level
- Proven success and drive for growing and building positive relationships in a business setting
- Man-management experience, able to coach and mentor a team
