Renewable energy company Eco Environments has become one of only a handful of firms in the UK to secure a full set of energy industry accreditations.

The company has won Microgeneration Certification Scheme accreditations for all four of its specialist areas: solar PV, wind turbines, solar thermal and heat pumps.

The accreditations come in the wake of Eco Environments being awarded supplier status by solar manufacturer Sharp and being made a Value Added Reseller by Scottish wind energy firm Proven Energy.

Director David Hunt said: “Being fully accredited in this way is vitally important because it demonstrates to our customers and partners that we meet the rigorous requirements of our industry. It also further demonstrates that we can offer the complete range of renewable energy solutions, allowing us to ensure that the solution we recommend to our clients is genuinely the right one for them.

Three-year-old Eco Environments employs 20 people across its offices in Liverpool, Darlington, Manchester, Tamworth and Penrith.
