Australian coal seam gas company Arrow Energy intends to buy up Bow Energy for A$535million (£340m). Arrow, which counts Shell and Petrochina as its major shareholders, wants to use the purchase to expand an existing LNG project up from the 4 million tonnes per year currently planned.
