Korea’s first electric car goes on show in Las Vegas today at the Consumer Electrics Show.
Korean manufacturer Kia Motors’ Ray EV is powered by a 50kW electric motor and has a range up to 86 miles on a single charge.
Built exclusively for the domestic Korean market, Kia says there are opportunities in the USA.
Michael Sprague, vice president for marketing & communications at Kia Motors America said: “The Ray EV represents exciting new possibilities for the future in the North American market.”
