Japan’s improving oil consumption could “positively impact world oil demand growth”, according to OPEC’s monthly oil market report out yesterday. This is against a backdrop of stable growth globally, with the report finding world oil demand growth in 2012 remaining at 0.9 million barrels per day, unchanged from last month.
