A new survey shows 82% of people say Energy bills are the most confusing of all household bills.

More than three quarters of Britons are unable to work out if there are mistakes on their energy bills according to new research from uSwitch.com because they are too complicated and there is too much jargon.

Ann Robinson, Director of Consumer Policy at uSwitch said: “Consumers are spending thousands of pounds a year on household bills – the least they should expect is for them to be easy to understand, meanwhile, despite the difficulties, it’s important that consumers continue to check their household bills to ensure that they are not being overcharged”.
