Activists dressed up as polar bears were apparently arrested outside Gazprom HQ in Moscow yesterday.

Greenpeace claims ten of its 20 members from five countries were arrested while trying to block the entrance to Russia’s state oil and gas firm building.

They were protesting against the firm’s drilling activity in the Arctic Circle. Last month Greenpeace International also tried to disrupt Gazprom’s oil rig as part of its “Save the Arctic” campaign.
