The client, a well-known energy supplier, seeks several Business Development Managers to join their Energy Services team. These roles can be home or office based. The salary is up to £60,000 base (maximum) with a car allowance and up to a 15% bonus opportunity.

After two years of impressive growth, they now seek to expand their offer and these roles will be an integral part of the Energy Solutions Business Development function. They are looking for experienced, driven, committed business development professionals who are skilled in the development, sale and delivery of complex integrated energy reduction strategies and projects to clients in the private and public sector.

The job holder will be responsible for the sale of solutions (Energy Efficiency, Demand Side Management and Distributed Generation & Essential Services) within identified segments of the relevant target markets. You will be commercially astute and correctly apply the right solutions to meet specific customer needs, supported by our dedicated Technical Services and Client Services teams. You will build excellent client relationships to ensure the growth aspirations of the business are met from existing and new channels.

Your background may be from the energy industry or energy consulting and/or even have a background in Building Services or Engineering. You should be an experienced business development manager with a proven background selling technical products to a variety of customers and a strong understanding of solution selling.
