You will also hear what your customers want from you, in particular from businesses in the SME sector with special insight from the chair of the FSB’s Energy unit Allen Creedy.

Mark Dickinson founded Encore International and within a decade had sold it to the M&C Energy Group, which he then lead onto huge growth and its eventual acquisition by global giant Schneider Electric. Bobby Collinson started Power Efficiency from scratch and built it up before it was acquired in a record deal by Balfour Beatty.
Both men will share their tips, tribulations and reasons for success with you.
Finally there will be a short ceremony to announce the Small Consultancy of the Year Regional Finalists of the TELCAs followed by networking.
