Being recognised at the Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA) last night was a “dream come true” for those at LSI Utility Brokers.
The energy brokers took home the CNG-sponsored gong for SME Best Customer Service and Gazprom-sponsored SME Most Trusted. The company was praised for their concrete evidence on how customer service is delivered and jargon-free explanations by the judges.
Laurence Saffer, Managing Director at LSI Utility Brokers said he’s “over the moon” with the double win: “This has taken 20 years. Nothing happens by chance and we value our customers so much – and as a business it’s great to earn money and be successful but to have a night like tonight where we’re able to savour the atmosphere.
“Kudos to our staff that have worked so hard to make our dream come true – 20 years trying to build a business and we’ve now managed to be accepted for the service that we offer and I’m such a proud boss and over the moon.”
He believes winning a customer is “fairly easy because we’re in business and we know what we’re about.
“It’s harder to retain a customer and in order to retain a customer, one has to train and invest time in one’s staff. We believe the little difference makes the big difference and hopefully, the differences we’ve made by putting in time into our business, looking after our customers, giving them 100%, being impartial has got us here today”, Mr Saffer added.
