The sale includes a total generating capacity of 49MW and seven ground-mounted solar power plants that were built between 2010 and 2013.

E.ON said around 70% of the capacity is installed in Sardinia.

The deal was signed and closed with F2i SGR yesterday. The companies agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
