The client, a water and waste water services company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to join their business development team.

The main responsibilities of the role include Business Development and Service Delivery activity across an assigned area, increasing order book value whilst ensuring high customer service standards.

Developing a wide range of services to target customers. Generating new income opportunities and conversion into sales in order to exceed profitable revenue targets against the Business Plan and budget whilst meeting all Service Delivery requirements; including: demonstrating contractual compliance, developing existing accounts in order to grow value added ‘bundled services’, and contract retention.

It is essential the candidate has a proven track record in business development and ability to close deals as well as having proven leadership capability and behaviours. You must have water industry experience. We are specifically looking for Water Hygiene and Water Treatment sales channel experience.

The role is home based covering the Northwest. Salary is £40,000-£50,000 base with a company car/car allowance available and a bonus structure is on offer.
