We are working with an exciting specialist Renewable Energy organisation in the South East. Due to high demand, they are now recruiting a Project Developer to assist them on large scale solar projects and to help drive the team forward.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive a complex sales process from initial enquiry through qualification to contract closure
- Build and develop strong on-going relationships with Stakeholders
- Financial modelling
- Build rapport and influence internal sales support, design and project management teams to meet deadlines
- Manage the CRM database as a tool to track opportunities
- Liaise with project management, legal and finance team to ensure completion of contractual negotiations to an acceptable level of risk to the company
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced sales person/renewables developer
- Proven track record of successful development in renewables industry
- Able to demonstrate competence in driving sales from start to finish
- Possess an understanding of the key drivers within the renewables market, (site acquisition, planning, legals, construction, finance)
- Commercially focused and highly motivated
- Accomplished at building relationships, negotiating and influencing
