With your depth of recruitment experience you will:
- Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high profile business areas, with a strong focus on Direct Sourcing
- Build strong relationships with client’s senior business managers and divisional stakeholders such as HR to understand the recruitment needs and requirements
- Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
- Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
- Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
- Support the overall service delivery targets
- Track & log all recruitment activity on the Customer Relationship Management system
- Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
- Maintain KPI’s and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree level qualification or equivalent combined with the following experience:
- Significant recruitment experience either with an agency, onsite (RPO) or in-house
- Multi sector experience with ability to adapt and respond accordingly to a variety of levels of hire.
- Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Experience interpreting data and reporting
- Experience operating in a global organisation
