ELN was on tour this week for The Energy Live Consultancy Award (TELCA) roadshows which proved to be a huge success.
It kicked off in Manchester at the Etihad Stadium on May 20th followed by one in Birmingham the next day at the home of Aston Villa – hosted by ELN Editor Sumit Bose.
Both roadshows attracted more than 80 people from the industry, discussing a range of topics from the TPI Code of Conduct and how consultants feel they can raise standards themselves to what suppliers must do to improve trust in the industry.
James Summerbell, ex-Head of Group Energy Buying at Tesco also talked about what big energy users really want from consultants.
ELN would like to say a huge thank you to all the speakers who gave their time to be part of the debate and of course our headline sponsor npower for their support.
Small energy businesses from across the country also got a piece of limelight as the winners of the first round of Small Consultancy of the Year were announced.
