Sophie Longmate uses her passion, capability and drive to lead the delivery of energy savings through behaviour change across the Boots estate.  She is responsible for creating and implementing Boots’ energy engagement strategy; ensuring the program is delivered across the UK & ROI, within an ever changing business environment. Whilst developing and delivering Boots’ business case for energy engagement, she has used new, dynamic and innovative methods to get staff excited about energy; creating a talking point between colleagues and a drive in energy consciousness within the store community. Due to the success of this program she was shortlisted as a finalist in this year’s Environmental and Energy Awards 2015 under the behaviour change category.
