As a Director of Utilitywise, Tim brings his expertise in Environmental Services and over a decade of experience in carbon and energy management to shape the strategy and development of the business.

Prior to Utilitywise, Tim was the Proprietor of Hipperson CEC, a search agency, specialising in Planning and Building Control consultancy for legal firms. Upon its success, the agency grew into a Commercial Energy Consultancy helping its clients navigate the complexities of the Energy Performance of Building Directive.

Tim’s career has given him experience with a wide range of clients in assessing environmental impacts and providing recommendations for improvement. Tim also provides advice to the Department of Energy and Climate Change and OFGEM based on his knowledgeable background in this area.

Tim Hipperson is Chairman of the Alliance for Energy Management and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Fuellers.
