I’m delighted to say that our headline speaker at Energy Live 2015 this year will be Energy Minister Andrea Leadsom.

Andrea will be the first Tory minister to address our conference since we started in 2012 and I am sure you will be keen to ask her what the Conservatives recent polices really mean for the sector.

Have they turned their back on renewable energy? Are they really backing gas big time? Does last week’s cash boost for nuclear new build mean the public are now funding Hinkley for EDF? What are they going to do when it comes to improving trust and ensuring they hold the energy companies to account?
