Our client, a boutique energy and sustainability consultancy based in London, seeks a Compliance Manager to join their team.

The main role of the Compliance Manager will be in contributing to the ongoing success of the CRC Internal Audit programme, leading on the delivery of internal audits to a broad range of clients, from post-sale through to certification. The role will also involve extensive work with other teams within the group, including Energy Performance, Communications and Data Management, and therefore offers substantial opportunity for career growth.

You will have a degree in an environmental/energy discipline with a strong competence in auditing and ability to apply this within a variety of sectors. A strong working knowledge of the CRC Efficiency Scheme is essential to this role.

The successful candidate will also have:

• Lead Auditor qualification for such systems as ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 (desirable)
• Excellent data manipulation and forensic analysis skills in MS Excel
• Knowledge of energy data management systems such as SystemsLink, ESight, Digitalenergy, TEAM Sigma, Carbon Counter etc.
• Good understanding of other energy specific legislation, including ESOS, EU-ETS, CCA’s and Mandatory GHG Reporting
