India and Mozambique are to work together to boost renewables.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the India’s Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and the Mozambique’s Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy in New Delhi.

Both countries will work together to promote investment in renewable projects.

They will focus on the development of new green technologies, create jobs and provide training courses in the sector.

The two countries will also share knowledge and experience on solar, wind, biomass, biofuels and geothermal.
