Our client, a trusted consumer advocate working with local government and industry, seek a Business Development Manager to help deliver their consulting products and services within energy efficiency.
This individual should have the following experience:
- Lead the business development and relationship management activity for consulting and solutions offerings in a particular market segment (e.g. utility companies, local government)
- Be the lead business development manager for agreed subject areas (e.g. water efficiency, data insight)
- Manage the pipeline of customers and prospects. Proactively prospect for new clients through networking events, conferences, marketing campaigns and activity, trade press and other activities. Ensure that leads are qualified.
- Provide customer, market and competitor feedback into the new product development process
