Currently looking for a Head of Energy Development. Our client have revenues in excess of £2bn and they part of FTSE 250. They are one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK. Having won numerous awards, they are widely known as a great company to work for.
For this Senior position the following expertise show what is required to be an excellent candidates.
Main Job Objectives:
To be responsible for the Energy and Controls sales development for the Northern region, developing new and existing Energy and Controls contracts and projects and delivering or exceeding the sales target for the financial year. Ensure that communication, innovation and sales development are all key activities in the strategies to achieve those results.
Manage and lead the Energy and Controls Technical Managers and Sales Account Managers and ensure the team is focused on energy and controls, delivering high standards which are consistent and in line with both the company and customer expectations and contracted agreement.
An excellent candidate will require the Following:
- The jobholder needs to have background and high level experience in energy and controls services environment, or a high level of education in relevant subjects
- Experience in a high level sales role, with a proven track record of target achievement is essential
- Excellent energy sales skills – in particular the ability to develop new client prospects using energy services as a route to market and key support for wider service offerings.
- Previous energy industry expertise
