Our client, a large energy supplier with a wide range of energy services, seeks a Head of Direct I&C Sales to join their team. Reporting into a member of the board, you will help to develop the strategic direction and be expected to deliver the annually agreed I&C energy sales and support the business in delivering sales targets and associated services.
There will be a key focus on acquisition of new I&C energy customers and a need to ensure the sales team work across the functional areas (Customer Care, Billing, Commercial, Marketing) to form collaborate working relationships and develop & maintain verified pipeline of I&C energy sales.
We are looking for someone who has a number of years’ experience in Energy Supply Sales and associated services and who can demonstrate experience in complex deal negotiation in large scale energy supply deals.
You must possess proven experience of sales and delivering results through innovative relationship selling and service based solutions to large corporate customers and TPI’s. Other important skills and experience include:
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong customer facing sales skills coupled with an excellent track record in over-achievement of sales targets.
- Strong customer/TPI focus and problem solver.
