Ann has more than 25 years’ experience working with the media – from both sides of the fence. She co-founded Rough House Media which equips clients with confidence in their media relations, providing training, strategic advice and video production.
She works with multinationals, entrepreneurs and the third sector, with clients as diverse as Ofgem, Nestle, the World Energy Council, ACAS, the British Geological Survey and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
She runs courses on behalf of the Public Relations Consultants Association, the Institute of Risk Management and the Chemical Industries Association and is a visiting lecturer of the London College of Communications.
Ann spent a decade as a newspaper reporter before joined the BBC, where she was working on high profile and prestigious programmes, including new, investigative documentaries, two royal weddings, the 2015 Election, the Reburial of Richard III and Nelson Mandela’s Funeral.
