Our client are an ambitious and expanding energy supplier dedicated to providing customer-focused energy solutions to homes and businesses alike. In line with their expansion in the UK, they are looking to develop their billing department and, as such, are looking for a switches reconciliation analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic and focused company with years of experience in the industry.
We are looking for a hard-working and dynamic individual to join our client’s growing team. The role involves overseeing all customer switches within the company, ensuring smooth transitions between energy providers and providing monthly reports.
- Overseeing the switch-in and switch-out process for customers, ensuring this process runs efficiently
- Liaising with the price comparison website analysts to understand the patterns of customer switches and ease movements
- Compiling monthly reports on customer switches and delivering these succinctly and clearly to other members of the billings team
- Experience in the energy sector, some understanding of the billings process
- Wider knowledge of alternative energy providers in the UK and of the switch-in and switch-out process
- Clear written and spoken English
- Commercially driven individual who is well organised
