TELCA 2018 – Square One Utilities scoops Best Customer Service award

The energy consultancy said the key to its customer-facing success was minimising issues before they can occur

Square One Utilities was crowned the winner of the coveted ‘Best Customer Service’ award at the sixth edition of The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA) last week.

At the action-packed ceremony in central London, which attracted more than 450 people, Managing Director Michael Harkus collected the trophy to the sound of cheers from his team and the rest of the audience.

He said: “To be good at customer service takes a very long time, constant effort and it’s with huge pride that we actually accept this award because every single day the staff put in an enormous amount of effort to make sure that our clients are looked after the very best way we can.”
