Yu Energy knocked for six with new energy deal!

The supplier has signed a deal to provide Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club with power and water

Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club has signed a deal to source its water and power from Yü Energy.

As well as providing utility services over the next three seasons, the Nottingham-based business energy and water supplier will also supply mobile phone charging points and renewable energy solutions at the Trent Bridge grounds.

The agreement has seen the Fox Road Stand being renamed The Yü Energy Stand.

Yü Energy CEO Bobby Kalar said: “We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club.

“Our partnership will allow Trent Bridge to benefit from our unique offering, with the convenience of bringing together the gas, electricity and water supply all in one place.”

An agreement was signed to “green” cricket in India ahead of World Environment Day earlier this year.
