Sizewell C and Associated British Ports plan to develop a direct air capture facility at the Port of Lowestoft

The projects are expected to support breakthroughs in understanding how to overcome the limitations of technologies that are currently available, including inefficient energy usage

It has issued two ‘expression of interest’ proposals and is calling on companies with relevant expertise to come forward to help deliver the projects
