I found catalyst to be very open,honest and very efficient,not only negotiating & arranging utility contracts but providing advice to assist in the decision making process without any pressure or bias.

Catalyst say they offer their service on a “cost free basis” – what does this mean? Is there a hidden cost to the client such as commission that is included in the clients energy bills?
