The Sizewell C Community Fund has injected £1.1m into local community projects in East Suffolk.
Eleven charities and not-for-profits have secured funding in the second round, supporting initiatives that enhance economic, social and environmental wellbeing.
Among the biggest beneficiaries is Home-Start in Suffolk, receiving £201,881 over two years to assist families facing challenges like mental health struggles and isolation.
Wardens Trust secured £122,507 to expand social events for disadvantaged and disabled individuals, while Headway Suffolk was granted £137,406 to provide rehabilitation for people with brain injuries.
Saxmundham Music and Arts CIC will also receive £105,404 to fund the free Sax Community Fest for three years.
Administered by Suffolk Community Foundation, the fund is part of a £23m initiative, offering up to £2m in grants annually for the next decade.
With applications open year-round, organisations supporting communities affected by Sizewell C’s construction can apply for future funding.
