It’s been a while but we have a new Tour of Energy for you.

Starring will be Julie Allen, Energy & Waste Manager for Nandos and she will be discussing “Putting the Peri Peri into energy savings”. She will take you through how Nandos reduces energy and saves money on  a budget.

The second speaker will be from npower and they will be highlighting “EMR explained and what you can do about it”, a very practical and down to earth talk about what is coming from the EMR and what you should be doing to alleviate it’s effects.

Our third slot will be James Williams from Schneider Electric Professional Services and a speaker from HealthTrust Europe and if you are a public sector energy buyer, this session will be right up your street. If you feel that you have no alternative to the way you buy energy, then think again. HealthTrust Europe provides a new way to handle your procurement, working both the public and private sectors, with health care specialism. HealthTrust Europe operate under a framework agreement, this simplifies the way customers utilise their contracts. The agreement is a straight forward way of compliantly accessing a full catalogue of contracts. All contracts on their portfolio have already been through a fully EU compliant tendering process. This removes the need for customers to run a complex and lengthy EU procurement process.

The event, on September 11th, will start at 9.30 a.m. sharp (please arrive at 9 a.m. for tea, coffee and pastries) and will end with a panel session of all four speakers which will be a wonderful opportunity to ask those burning questions. We expect to finish no later than 11.30 a.m.

To make your life even easier, the event will be held at the Metropole, NEC Birmingham, so you can take the rest of the day to go to The Energy Event. There is ample car parking at the Metropole or the NEC car parks and Birmingham International train station is a short walk.

We have a limited number of places and they are free for energy end users. To get one, please email Chris Foden or call on 0845 602 4899.
