Our client, a well-known energy consultancy, seeks a Customer Service Manager to join their team. The purpose of the role is to maintain and grow the Customer relationships with Revenue Recovery Clients.
The Customer Service Manager is to be the point of reference for Revenue Recovery clients and is to be the person to establish and grow the relationship.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the energy industry and account management. They will have proven experience of building and maintaining customer relationships whilst growing existing business.
The salary for this role is £40,000 – £60,000 base, plus commission, car allowance, company benefits such as private medical insurance, subsidised gym membership, company pension. They also operate a flexi time scheme.
