Andrew Taylor, Head of Indirect Sales, npower Business.

A graduate of Aston University, Andy began his career in logistics. He worked with both Christian Salvesen Distribution and L’Oreal, before taking the opportunity to work in California, spending two years with Enterprise Rent A Car.

His journey in the energy industry started on his return to the UK in 2000, when he began working in the broker account management team with the newly formed independent supplier economy power. Andy was a Senior Account Manager for the company when it was bought by Powergen. As the Manchester office was closed, Andy once again took the chance to go abroad, this time working in property sales in Southern Spain for 15 months. Powergen itself was then bought by E.ON and an opportunity arose for Andy to head up the newly re-launched TPI channel within the SME area. He continued in this role until being recruited by npower as Head of Indirect Sales in July 2014.
