Haydn founded GAIA Active Limited (An Energy Management & Training Consultancy) after 16 years working in consulting roles. Recognising the need to help engage employees in energy efficiency and develop new Energy Managers, he set up GAIA and theEnergyClub.org network to help organisations do just that. As Head of the UK wide Energy Club network, Haydn leads regular campaigns to improve energy policy.

Haydn is also known for his work within the retail sector, notably being the Group Energy Manager at Travis Perkins plc where he has had considerable success with major energy management projects across their 20 retail brands.
