The client seeks an Energy Bureau Manager to join their busy central London office. Reporting into the Head of Sustainability, this Energy Bureau Manager will manage four energy analysts.
The role is to work as part of the Communication and Sustainability team supporting the business. To provide a comprehensive and fully integrated technical service as well as providing an efficient Energy Bureau Billing service across their Portfolios.
Principal Accountabilities include:
- Provision of Utility bureau service from receipt of invoices to delivery of billing information to accounts payable, tenants and management teams. Ensure timely and accurate bills are delivered to tenants without any undue delay. Contacting suppliers and ensure that SLA performance on all contracts are delivered.
- Develop clear documented billing processes to ensure all billing functions and team job roles/activities are working together. Work with Energy Managers to keep contracts and tariffs maintained for budgeting purposes. Support Energy Managers to produce annual budgets which form part of the overall operational Energy budget.

Degree or relevant technical qualification
Experience of managing a bureau
Managing complexity and uncertainty
Knowledge of Utility billing systems
